Shipping Fees
Shipping starts at $75.00 but we will negotiate for small, lightweight items. The lowest price is $40.00. Our website gives you a shipping estimate that is correct 75% of the time but price will increase based upon weight and size.
Duty Fees or VAT Tax
DHL charges the most for duty fees but on average you can plan on 10% to 20% percent of sales. Duty fees are the customers responsibility and DHL will not deliver until you pay.

Warranty
Volvo parts come with a 2 year warranty against defect. Warranty pays to replace the factory defective part only, shipping and labor fee for installation are the customers responsibility. Less than .01% percent of the parts and accessories we sell ever become defective.
Returns
We accept returns up to 35 days from date of purchase but electrical and safety parts cannot be returned. Return fees may apply if part was for an older car (more than 10 years old) and on select items. Return fee is 20 percent which is what Volvo charges us.
Cores

If the part(s) you order is remanufactured, Volvo wants the old part back so they can remanufacture it for another customer. Volvo will charge us a "core" fee which we pass on to you. This fee can be refunded should you return the old part but shipping fees often cost more than core fee.
