Drivers Side = Left & Passenger Side = Right (North America Cars, reverse for RHD cars)

| I found my part but it shows multiple links or options. What now? |
Multiple links or options usually means there is an option based upon the VIN#. Please add any of the options to your cart and provide your VIN# in step two of checkout and we will guarantee you get the right part. |
| I need to leave some instructions with my order. How do I do that? |

| How do I use my coupon or discount code? |

| Brake rotors, one or two? |
You need one set of pads per axle and two rotors. Rotors are not sold as sets. |
| I can't find the part I need. Help? |
Use our online form and include your VIN# if possible and we will send you a link and the part number you need. |
| What is your Return Policy? |
Most parts can be returned but some electronic parts, seatbelts & airbags are not returnable per Volvo as they may have been comprimised. If you did not provide a VIN# on your order and you return a part there is a 20% restocking fee. |
