Thanks for shipping the new mugs to replace the damaged mugs from the first order. The mugs did arrive in time for Christmas, and there were no indications that the new shipment was damaged. However, when we opened the package on Christmas day we found 1 mug with the handle broken off. If you need a picture of the damaged mug I will be glad to send it.
All in all thank you so much for your assistance and the over and above normal customer service throughout this process. You have definitely represented your company well, and your demeanor has convinced me to continue to do business with your company.

The rubber floor mats came today and they are a perfect match! I admit I was a little worried about the "just give us your VIN and we'll make sure you get the right color". But you guys rock! My Volvo is paid off and we're going to keep it for the foreseeable future. I had always wanted the rubber mats as the carpet ones just age too quickly. My interior is rejuvenated and I love my wagon again! This is a great Christmas present to me and my car! Thanks, Catherine H |

No worries. I wasn't going to bring it up (the handle was definitely the key issue) but then saw the opportunity when I ordered the rack.
Many thanks - you guys have helped us get this car all outfitted. That rack sale came along at the perfect time as I needed a solution for the 3-4 times /yr that I need a rack on the wife's car for kayaks / bike.

Thanks for your attention to my order I ordered the wrong relays based on my VIN#, and actually calling my house to verify the parts!
This is unheard of in the world of ordering online! As a result, I was able to order the correct parts and now have
working reverse lights, rear fog light, and reliable brake lights.
Great prices on original Volvo parts. There is no looking elsewhere, MySwedishParts.com won a customer for life.

I ordered a replacement trunk carpet for my S70 yesterday, and it arrived this morning.
As usual, the item was packaged so that it was next to impossible for the item to be damaged in any way.
